Poppulo

Rebrand for Poppulo, an internal communications software company. As Head of Creative, I established new brand guidelines, a design system, and launched a fresh new website. Poppulo’s unified design language enabled other design teams to create products with a more consistent look and feel, leading to better user experience and increased brand awareness.
A fresh start for Poppulo
Prior the rebrand, Poppulo — formerly Newsweaver — had shifted its focus from email marketing to internal communications and needed a fresh start. The new name and brand came to empower this change and take the company to a new level. As Head of Creative I was responsible for growing the Poppulo brand by creating a unified design language that enabled other teams to apply the brand clearly and consistently.
“
We’ve changed our name to Poppulo - which comes from the Latin for people - because people are at the heart of everything we do. And we believe that an engaged workforce aligned behind a common purpose can transform the performance of an organization.”
— Former CEO, Poppulo
Consistent user experience
The brand guidelines and design system were the source of truth for all design teams, and the result was a more unified look across the entire Poppulo platform. From the website to the product design, Poppulo had a seamless interface and consistent user experience, which helped increasing brand awareness and overall customer satisfaction.
